+How do I reserve a storage unit?
To reserve your storage unit, first, decide which storage location is the best fit for you. Then, determine the best unit size to fit your needs. Contact us to check availability and pricing options. The only step left is to click on the lease form for the location you have chosen, fill-in, print, and sign. Mail or bring in person.
+Where do I bring my lease once it is completed and signed?
You may bring your completed lease to 106 Kathleen St, Lafayette LA 70508 between 8am and 4pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 12pm on Fridays.
+What documentation do I bring along with my signed lease?
Please bring your driver’s license or a form of federal/state issued identification with a photograph and signature on it.
+Is the property secured?
Yes.  Each property is fully fenced and gated with security cameras.
+Do you pro-rate monthly rental amount due upon moving into a unit?
Upon signing the lease and moving into your storage unit, the monthly rental amount due will be pro-rated if not on the 1st of the month. However, your amount due is not pro-rated upon moving out of the unit.
+What if I no longer need my storage unit?
If you no longer need your unit, simply contact us 30 days in advance.
+How do I access my unit?
After lease is completed, a gate code will be provided to you to access the facility.
+Do you provide a lock for my unit?
You must bring your own lock to put on storage unit. One will not be provided.
+What are your office hours?
The storage facility manager is available to help anytime you need. They are just a phone call away at (337) 344-3448. To drop off documentation or payments in person, you may go to 106 Kathleen Street, Lafayette LA 70508, Monday – Thursday 8am to 4pm or Fridays 8am to 12pm. For all billing and invoice questions, call the office at (337) 706-8716.
+Do you provide moving equipment?
Carts are provided at the Toy Box Locations. Please return once you are done.
+Do you sell any moving or storage supplies?
We do not sell any moving or storage supplies.
+How can I pay my invoice?
You may pay your invoice by auto-draft, in person, or by mail. If you wish to do auto-draft, please complete the third page on the lease form, sign, and return. If you wish to pay by mail, please send payment via check or money order to the “Remit Payment to” address on your lease. If you wish to pay in person, you may drop off payment to the facility manager at 106 Kathleen St, Lafayette LA 70508, Monday – Thursday 8am to 4pm or Fridays 8am to 12pm or use our drop box at door 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The drop box is locked and only accessible by management. Please put in an envelope with storage location, unit number, and name unit is leased by.
